Silicone booboo: fixing lumps & bumps?
I bought a booboo kit, fbs. She has a couple areas that are flat, or have chunks. Can I sand them down? What should I do?! I knew of these problems before buying; just don't know how to correct them.

go for it. If it is a lump that was made in the molding process it will not sand off,it was done in the painting process maybe!!

Trust Melissa, she has been creating beautiful babies and critters and creatures in silicone for a long time, she knows what she is talking about. I can also attest to that fact since I have tried to sand off lumps and it was a nightmare. Wish I would have known this 9 years ago when I tackled a silicone doll that was lumpy/bumpy from the molding process and decided to try to sand them off.Melissas Babies wrote: ↑Thu Jul 26, 2018 7:05 am go for it.
