I find that only the original artist can fix it -- it usually requires a new arm sculpted. JMHO.

That makes it more difficult -- over the years, I've had to send the dolls back out of the country to be fixed by the original artist. It's a lot of work and costly, but the original artist does the best work on her own dolls and was well worth the wait. JMHO. Hopefully someone may be able to send you to someone here in the US.
