Fine hair rooted on reborns faces, cheeks etc ?????

I just,found out some reborn artist are putting fine hair on the,faces of newborns. Like on the cheeks rooted because some babies are born like that. Very hard to see in photos. Wondering do alot of reborn doll artist that do this?

I think its more often been painted on but lately I've seen more rooted and I love the look!
