My Eva babies

I thought you might like to see my babies out of their Christmas outfits !.....so here we go !
First up is a little guy I waited YEARS to own !...He was made in 1997.

Sally, how did you start buying Eva Helland one of a kind babies? Which one was the first one you bought? How many ... if you keep an accurate count .... Eva babies do you have?

How did I start buying Eva babies ?.......well strange to say I saw little Jonty in a magazine ! I had been collecting OOAKs for about 5 years....then caught site of him in a magazine article about Eva. I contact the store that sold them and went straight on the list for one. I had to wait about 2 years....and the first baby that was made for me was a screamer...my Jonah. I assumed at the time he would be my one and only !....stupid hah !?......I now have 26 Helland babies. I haven't kept every Helland I have owned....I tend to sell on those with less character....one thing for sure though...I don't think I can stop now !

Now this little guy was an accidental buy !
There was a store in USA who (many years ago !) did a video show every year....where you ordered a video...and watched to see what was interesting to you. On a ceratain day...and time the phone lines were thrown open and you just phoned in for what you wanted to buy on a first come basis.(Most of you will remember !!!) At the end of the video was a walk around the store of dolls not in the show...and I spotted this little baby sat high on a shelf. I called the shop....and was told it was owned by her daughter and she wanted to sell. I jumped right in ! The baby was a girl...but she soon became a boy (as you do !!)
This is Jaden...he was made in 1998
