deedee is so tired she stops by a tree...she lost her mother at her birth. her father has remarried and she is treated like a slave. to pay off a debt: her father has promised to marry her off to a man with a beard, big eyes and long teeth. her mother was a child bride and she too is just a little girl, so she decides to run away.
she reaches the mountain forest ...as dusk falls, she feels the pull of doing her chores....carrying in water..herding the goats. but now it is too late to go back for her punishment would be great...
her life is hard and without love...she begins to cry long and painful tears. Out loud in the quiet forest mountain she moans..."I wish i could fly away from here!" she is so afraid she will be found and never wants to go back.
As she was crying in the mountain forest...
a Magic Mystic Mysterious is also in the mountain forest working on a powerful cantation, unaware of the little girl so near. as with all black magic, innocent ones are always hurt.

when DeeDee says this..it is at the strongest moment of the Magic Mystic Mysterious powerful cantation.
the mystic is thrown back and feels the magic pull away from her...and suddenly became aware of the little girl.
Mysterious is fearful for the little girl and is very upset that her spell will harm her and has deep regret.

Mysterious gives her a protective charm..DeeDee is frighten and cautious.."Wear this all night until daylight" she commands." Be careful what you wish for"
Mysterious disappears. Dee Dee falls asleep holding the charm, but as she slept the charmed necklace falls from her hand.
The next morning Dee awakens feeling wonderful..Good! without worries or pain..
she has no memory of her past life she is a new creature..her mind is clear and her heart is light.
Then she realizes she has these wings and she begins to cry. Mysterious reappears to find DeeDee in tears and try to console her. she knows it is her fault.she thought she was alone in the mountain forest...and black magic is very dangerous..
I think you now get your wish. you can fly.....
"I can fly! " Dee Dee jumps up and off she went laughing happy and free.
That was definitely a lot of work, Lisa. Your girls are beautiful and I loved your happy ending.
