ELLIOT...Should I give him a chance? PHOTOS
After almost 20 months, my Elliot is finally done. Here are the photos sent to me by Andrea's assistant.
It's been so long, I don't feel as excited about him anymore. Should I give him a chance though? What do you think?
Thanks.
Susan

Oh I think he is precious and beautiful -- give him a chance!! That's my vote.
If you aren't in love with him then, I'm sure you can sell him in a heartbeat!!

Ohyes he needs a chance.. I love his coloring.

Just to be sure, I think you should let him come home and see him in person first and then make a decision if you still want to sell him or keep him.

Yes, give him a chance. I know the long wait took the wind out of your sails, but good things come to those who wait

You can't lose by trying him....I am sure you will love him as soon as you see him. He's wonderful to hold.
You know there is a line of us wanting him so I wouldn't worry about trying to sell him if you decide you don't like him. Me #1.

Susan, I think you should at least give him a chance. I know that you have been disappointed but I think you might just fall in love with him when he gets home to you. He was a dream baby for me and I only wish I could have afforded him when he was offered by Andrea.

Susan, I would definitely bring him home. That way you will see him in real life and not have any "what if's" in your decision making. The best way to know if you will bond with him is to see him and hold him. Elliott is an amazing sculpt and I am sure if you do not bond, there will be many that will take him.

I guess I am the odd one out here but if it where me I would not. If I remember right this baby is not the skin tone you had ordered?? For me I would not be able to get past that. It is also a lot of money for me not to be sure personally. Best of luck in whatever you decide. x

This one is the proper skin tone, she didn't take the one that they poured in the wrong skin tone.Ginas_reborns wrote:I guess I am the odd one out here but if it where me I would not. Recently I brought home a doll that stayed in layaway for several months... I can tell you that by the time I made the last payment I was second guessing myself on the fact I chose to buy the doll at all. It had been a long time dream baby of mine and came at the right time and the right price.
She's home and I'm smitten.
Maybe you will feel that way too.

He is precious. I'm kind of like you though. When you have to wait so long sometimes you lose interest. So I can't give you advice but I hope you are happy with him if you do get him.

Gina this is the skin tone I ordered. I ordered biracial. They did make a mistake back in May when they did a caucasian for me. Andrea had to make me another one.Ginas_reborns wrote:I guess I am the odd one out here but if it where me I would not. If I remember right this baby is not the skin tone you had ordered??
