So excited! Come meet Maleficent!

I've never been one to collect "character" dolls. I only have one which is the little Trixie Malloy that Jeanniesteenies on here made with a Jack Frost theme and I just LOVE him! I haven't even watched the movie maleficent but have seen this gorgeous girl on eBay for some time now and I've been totally mesmerized by her. She's completely custom from head to toe...her horned hat is made custom, her face was re shaped slightly to be more triangular, her dress is custom made by a seller on etsy, her cape made by another seller and even a custom ring! This will be my first large toddler and I'm itching to see her in person! She was made by Bonnie O'dette of Bon Petite Reborn Dolls. She used to be a member here a while back. But she does many toddler sized character dolls and goes above and beyond with her detailing! I just started my layaway today but hope to have her home early September

Thank you everyone! I know she's not the typical reborn someone would collect and believe me I never had much interest in fantasy reborns before I saw maleficent. I think all of the extra details that were added to her was what intrigued me the most. She's so neat to look at! Now I just need to find where I'm going to put her!

oh! I saw her on ebay too! when I saw the movie I left saying "I gotta do her"..but I have not found the right doll kit for the way I want her portrayed! Good for you! you got a rare find!

Thank you ladies! She'll be paid off today! I can't wait to get her. It will be a bit of a journey since she has to travel clear across the United States. I can't even imagine how exciting this box opening will be!
