I'm weady for da cottage Mommy

This weekend is the Labour Day weekend in Canada, so I am off to a cottage later this afternoon (we're renting it for the weekend)
As I was getting ready, I noticed that Emma was acting strange

"Mommy I'm weady"



What are you doing putting your pajamas in Mommy's purse?

"I am weady for da cottage"



Sweetie, you're not going to the cottage, you're staying home with Grandma and Grandpa

She was not happy, so with her shoes on opposite feet, which she put on herself, she plopped herself near the door



I was so amused by the fact that she thought all she would need for the cottage was her sunglasses and pajamas

Emma do you want a juice box? That made her a bit happier



I'm sure she'll have a fun weekend with her grandparents

Thanks everyone for taking the time to read and post Emma did end up staying home, but next time I go to a cottage, I may bring her, as there were lots of great photo opportunities!
