EDIT: He just replied, and doesn't recognise it. Says it might be in the local dialect!

I would find this all too stressful for a doll that is not that expensive. Can't imagine dealing with this if there was an issue once she received the baby. Good luck figuring it out.

If you translate that it means: I create the paypal website (I think she wants to say that she is thinking on creating a paypal account?
