How can I add a profile picture??? help?

Go to UCP at the top menu tabs then click on profile then edit avatar. It has to be pretty small. I use photobucket so I resize mine there.

Photobucket is a picture hosting website. Your photos have to all be uploaded there first before they can be shown on here.

when I upload one from my album it has dementions but how can I change it?

I use the photo editing program on my tablet or computer. Then upload it here in the smaller size.
