Yes call Ebay and tell them what has happened and keep all the messages- they have policies for harassment or threats. Be specific that you want the negative feedback removed because it is damaging to your sales and is not warranted.

Was it on here or Ebay? If on here, talk with Steve and see what he says. He's the only one who can remove any feedback.
If Ebay, then you have to talk to them about it.
Hope you can get it all sorted out.

Yes I have heard of people being given poor FB just because a customer wants to be mean. Like Kristi said a call to ebay can really help. I think it's against ebay policy for someone to leave neg fb for retaliation and it is definitely against the rules for someone to leave harassing messages. You can report those too. Sorry that happened to you. It is one of my biggest fears selling on ebay. Call them straight away.

Well, when you get your package, the postmark will show that it wasn't shipped until after you filed with PayPal. :)

Jen - You left negative feedback for her on 5-12-15 , She left feedback on 7-1-15 . You need to talk it out with her .
I may be wrong but Steve rarely gets involved with personal disputes . Hope you get it resolved .

I wonder if the date changes if you edit the feedback...edited to add, I just tested it out and when you edit the feedback, it changes the date
Not that it matters who left it first, if the seller did not send the item until after a paypal claim had been filed, the the buyer is well with her rights to leave negative feedback. Retribution feedbacks should be removed.

I think unless people know both sides they should stay out of it. I also think this should have been handled privately.
