Who uses an air purifier in their studio?

I'm considering buying an air purifier for my dolly room to help keep the dolly dust at bay. I'm wondering if any of you have one that truly makes a difference? If so, what brand/model? Also, if you've bought one that was no good please advise as well. Thanks!

Sounds like a great idea. I wonder if having one close to your work surface would pull in the dust and crud as well as any stray mohairsies floating around. I have an unused purifier, so I think I'll try it. Only thing is the noise.

I have one in my studio and a bigger one in the Dolly House. I hadn't used either of them for years but when we moved, I re-ordered filters and got them running again. I do believe both work in both areas.

you know my husband put one in my new workroom and I never thought much about it for painting purposes. He put it in there because we had leaks when it rained.. but now I think I will plug it back in and use it... I don't have one in my other studio though but its a big space anyway...
