I thought that it would be a wonderful tribute to Eva to post our beloved Helland Babies.....ALL mediums..........Resin, OOAK, Silicone and Vinyl. What a very sad day for the Dolly World. . I think that she would love that we remembered her by posting pictures of the dolls that she created and loved.

I sure hope so, Erin. I would love to see a parade of beauties. If the sculpt has already been posted, post yours, too. I would love to see how many of us have Eva's Babies to cherish. I know some members have one and some have a multitude, but we want to see all of them. Mine are SO special to me.

That's okay, Annette. Eva's work is SO amazing, and she certainly was ahead of her time.

I wasn't fortunate to have one of Eva's beautiful silicone babies, but I was able to get the kit that BB had years ago. This is "Shayla" the kit that I reborn. Now I wish I still had her. (Shayla is the name I gave her - don't remember the name of the kit.)

I love Shayla. I don't think that I have ever seen her before. I sure wish that I still had Micha, Ayanna and Melissa, too. I so loved them .

Oh Sally, I do believe you are the biggest Helland fan ever. Thank you for posting the picture of you and Eva taken at Expo. That was the year I met her and oh what fun we all had that year. Memories I will keep forever. I love your Helland collection and each one is so special.

Thank you to everyone who has posted. Sally, Frannie and Valerie so wonderful to see your collections past and present. Sally, what an amazing collection, Dear. Wow! I remember seeing your doll room in a picture once and it was a Dolly Wonderland. I could be there for days admiring your collection. I know that our hearts are so very sad right now, but Eva's magnificent creation's always bring a smile to my face, especially your crying babies, Sally. They are so precious! I always forget how many of her babies are out there. It's truly amazing! I can't wait to see the rest of your babies, Sally....and everyone else, too. Looking forward to seeing your collections whether it's one or a hundred!
