Need help....with the learn how to Hair paint by Jennifee

I am lost....I paid, Jennifee friended me but I don't know where to go from there. ......I think I go here.....Live Reborning Help and Chat? but all I see is black....no video......nothing.

How odd. I haven't had any problems viewing. Could it be that you need to update your flash or something like that?

Hmmmm, don't even know what a "flash" is?

I am SOOOO NOT tech savvy. However, sometimes, videos and such cannot be seen until you enable Adobe flash on the site. There will often be a message at the top of your screen asking if you want to enable on the site. It used to be automatically done by downloading one time on your computer until a couple of years ago. Now, it has to be manual done on many sites each time.

Thank you Shannon.....I appreciate your help. I can view other you tube and videos' so not sure what the problem is and obviously, I am not techie either! LOL.
