I want to apologise

first let me start with an apology a little over a week ago I had to go back to the hospital (complications from my heart attack.
I was finally allowed to go home this afternoon.
Why I am apologising is I had an order ready to go out and I couldnt send it. I feel terrible about it.
I just wanted to let the person know publicly it will be sent in the am.
I have pm'ed her as well
