Mystery solved! It was in elderly neighbors mailbox next door

Post by Jenny »

I have a dollfan member who sent a payment to me for a doll and she sent me the tracking number! Today I decided to track it and it states that it was delivered today in or at mailbox at 1:04pm on the 11th of December 2017! NOPE! It sure did not! I received 2 Christmas cards, a Goody's sale ad and a piece of junk mail.....NOTHING ELSE! I even went back to the mailbox and looked again and checked the ground as well. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!!!!!! :(

I have sent her( dollfan member) a PM confirming the shipping address she mailed it to, but it was not put in my mailbox today. I am freaking out! Who's mailbox did it get up in ? Will they be honest ? The mail lady also brought me a package today, but she always puts the rest of my mail in the mailbox( for some unknown reason) .......

Please pray that whomever has it will be honest and do the right thing!

I confirmed the address I gave her in our PM's and it is correct!

Hi Jenny, Hope your package arrives soon. Check if they put the box in a screen door perhaps at the side or back of the house, or perhaps left the box with a neighbor. Also, I would give it another day, in case the postman entered it in the system, but did not actually deliver it yet. Also, check with your local post office in case they have it. Good luck!

Hope you locate it!
Not knowing can be so frustrating?
Could your customer stop payment & the payment then be reissued?
Praying it shows up for you!!!

This is exactly why I send no dolls without signature required and full insurance. That way they can't just drop it somewhere but have to have an adult sign for it. Reading this, I'm so glad I've spent the extra $2.45 for those signatures!

I had a similar occurrence last year. A package showed that it was delivered. I was home all day and the door bell never rang and there was no box on the front porch. I panicked as well and checked with all my neighbors and nothing. Fortunately the nest day the mailman brought the package to the door. Hope you get a good outcome Jenny.
Hugs,
Nadia

I had that happen to me and I was told to go out and ask the neighbors if they had my box. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Glad it worked out for you. One of my neighbors indeed had my package.
