Help with assembling Ping Lau's Luca

Post by Kathleens_foreverbabies »

I would appreciate any help in assembling this kit. I am beyond frustrated :( I cut a larger hole in the bottom of the upper torso before I figured out that I shouldn't have so now I have to make a new bottom  But, beyond that, how in the heck do you fit the parts for the arms in those tiny little holes? Pleeeeeease someone help me! Thank you in advance!

Why can't the bottom of the torso have the hole?
I know it seems impossible to get the parts in the arm holes but it is possible. Just takes a lot of patients and maneuvering.
Every time I assemble a doll like that, I am always tired, sore and sweaty by the end.
I wish I had that kit or one like it on half. I'd make a video for you.

Thanks Courtney, the reason you can't make the hole larger in the bottom of the torso is that is what holds the head in place. I just wish that the doll dealers would send instructions. I don't think I will buy another ball jointed kit without them!
