I think someone else mentioned this too, but Word also has a find and replace tool. So once you finish inserting your pictures you can copy the whole description to Word and find "http" and replace with "https".

I will try these with my next auction. Thanks so much!!!! I hope all this info has helped the OP or others having compliance problems with eBay. :D

I'm a little mystified why clicking on 'see full description' would cause anyone to not look at an auction. Am I missing something here?

It's my understanding that the potential buyer is receiving a message that the description contains unsecure content which could leave them vulnerable if there were a security breach. It puts the responsibility on the buyer to continue with the potential risk if something were to happen. I think it's just eBay covering their butts because of all the security breaches major companies have had over the past couple of years.

Oh, I've never seen that on any of the baby auctions I look at. Maybe I'm just not paying attention  ! I agree with you Shannon, I'm sure it's Ebay covering their butts! I just hate having to sell there but there aren't a lot of alternatives unfortunately.

I browse ebay all the time and have never gotten that message- I click on full description and it brings me directly to the pics and description.

Me too...Thats why I was curious. I have never seen a security message and never minded clicking on item description. Just assumed that's how it was now :dunno:
