Last year I canceled my Doll Fan Supsribtion, well two day ago, I found out this morning, I was charged $20 again, and that is money I need right now desperately. My Husband passed away in April and right now every penny counts. I went into my account again, and canceled my supsciption again,. So how can I get that $20 back now I was charged on the 18th of this month, please help, thank you,

I would PM Steve and if the monies automatically comes out of say your PayPal account you need to go into your PP account and cancel any automatic transactions coming out of that said account. I had the same thing happen to me with SmileBox. Only they took $50.00 out of my Credit Card w/o asking my permission. I called the CC company and had it taken off of there
