Tip re riding out a hurricane with your furbabies.
If you decide to ride out a hurricane with your furbaby, fill a kiddie plastic pool with dirt to provide your him/her with an indoor potty area.

OMGosh, I'm so tired out from helping hubby put up plywood and bring in all the yard stuff to make our home safe and when I read that title I totally missed the fur part of it and it just didn't make any sense that our baby dolls would need a place to go potty.

There was a posting on Facebook that also suggested getting some pieces of sod and putting them in a kiddy pool. Then bring it out to the garage for your pets to have a place to go potty.
