Air Dry Paint Question

Post by Susan »

I have a set of air dry paints that I've never used and was wondering if it's possible to paint over Genesis with air dry? Do I need to put something like matte finish on first or isn't it advisable to do this at all? I just have a tiny part of the lip that I want painted.

Thanks, Susan

I've done it, but only to paint air dry over GHSP matte varnish. Now I use the air dry matte before painting. I've also baked heat set once after painting to soften the vinyl enough to put in eyes. No probs.

Miracle Blend air dry paints are compatible with genesis, but i dont remember if you need to put genesis firts or the miracle blend, what i know its one of those need to be firts after you put the other you can not put again the first brand.
