I never thought that I would love resin dolls, but I do! They are not only beautiful, but can also be cuddly, too. I wish that artists were still making them, especially Marissa May. Her's are amazing!

Dion, I love all of your babies. I think you have every one she made in resin.

Re: Resin babies
Awww! thank you everyone. I LOVE Jack. I had been looking for a silicone Jack and this resin came up for sale. He was my very first resin and I fell in love. I am always so late in catching on to things, so I am very sorry that resins are pretty much gone. Thank you for your sweet comments, My Friends.
Valerie. I almost have all of Marissa's resins. There is one called Jolie that I sold, but I'm hanging on to these babies, and I think there was one called Eden. I am very partial to Jack and Ruby.
Marissa applies hair on resins SOOOOO beautifully. I love her work so much.
Hugs and Blessings, Dion

Re: Resin babies
Dion, your collection of Marissa's babies is amazing. I have never even felt a full sized resin baby. I'd love to. Even with all the dolls I've had, I only ever had one mini resin. Gosh yours are just beautiful. I'm not sure I could pic a favorite. Thanks for sharing.
HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!!
Cheers, Erin

Re: Resin babies
Come on over and you can hold all of them to your hearts content. I think that you would love them! I had only seen them in pictures when I got Jack. I had wanted him so badly for so many years that I decided to take a chance on resin, and now I couldn't be happier. You don't see this little guy in any medium very often.erin1958 wrote:Dion, your collection of Marissa's babies is amazing. I have never even felt a full sized resin baby. I'd love to. As far as picking a favorite, I can't imagine ever letting any of them go. I have always loved Ruby, but Jack is so darling also, with his crooked mouth The twins are beautiful and sweet. Lily is so precious....... I think that I shall keep all of them!! Dion

Re: Resin babies
Everyone's resin babies are gorgeous! Resin is a great medium! Holds all the detail of an OOAK, but nowhere near as fragile.
I need to take pictures of my Resin Yawner by Tasha Edenholm! I just realized I don't have any pics of her and she's the only resin left in my collection
I used to have a GORGEOUS pale blonde Jack by Marissa May and I still beat myself up over selling him I also used to have Aiko Helland whom I also loved but ended up having to sell Ill try to find their pics to share too. I know I saved them somewhere...

Re: Resin babies
Love seeing the resin babies. I've owned them in the past but, alas, no longer. Does anyone produce their babies in resin these days?

Not that I know of. I wish that Marissa would make another edition. Hers are stellar. I would love to see resin make a comeback, but I'm not sure that there is enough interest.
Mikki, who is that darling blonde baby in the first photo?? I LOVE that baby!
I love to see everyone's babies, too. I hope that more people will post here.
Hugs, Dion
